This room, completely refurbished in March 2023, offers a warm and friendly space. With a capacity of 180 people standing and 150 seated (depending on its layout), it’s the ideal place to celebrate your private events (family meals, birthdays, weddings, associative events…) but also your professional events (seminars, cocktails, meetings…).

About 270 m² not including sanitary facilities and kitchen, it can be arranged in different ways:
- in reception modewith a dance floor to accommodate100 people,
- in conference mode
- with a cocktail party to accommodate 120 people or
- in classroom mode to accommodate50 to 70 people.
Any other configuration is possible, depending on your needs.
The gîtes room has a small kitchen for reheating dishes when there is a reception. Please note that kitchen equipment is not provided. For large receptions, it is preferable to hire a caterer who manages the entire service with his own equipment.
2024 rates
Location salle des Gîtes:
- 500 € per day
- 200 € per additional day
- 150 € for setting up and tidying the room
- 2000€ deposit which will be requested when the keys are handed over
The housekeeping is included in the rental price. At the time of your departure, please return the room in the same disposition as you found it and in a correct state of cleanliness.
The equipment (tables and chairs) is available in the room. At the end of your event, you’ll need to put the tables and chairs away.
However, if you’d like us to take care of the arrangement and tidying of the room, you’ll need to allow for a supplement of 150 €.
