The gîte comprises
- on the first floor, a large living room with fully-equipped kitchen, lounge, dining room opening onto the terrace and garden; a bedroom accessible to people with reduced mobility with a 160x200 bed and a shower room with Italian shower (with seat), WC with grab bar; a laundry room with separate WC.
- Upstairs, a master bedroom with a 160x200 bed and en-suite shower room with walk-in shower; a bedroom with 2 90x200 beds, en-suite shower room with walk-in shower and separate WC, and two further bedrooms.
A large library is at your disposal for a reading corner, board games or work space.
A large garden completes the property, as does a large, partly covered terrace.

Just a few kilometers away, Lac de Madine offers a wide range of activities. The Côtes de Meuse are ideal for walking, discovering the vineyards and the mirabelle plum. Not to be missed, the butte de Montsec and the village of Hattonchâtel offer superb panoramic views, as does Saint-Mihiel, a small town full of character.
